Dave Peck, CEO
Dave Peck has helped companies with social networking, online community management, SEO, SEM, interactive PR, online campaigns and brand building. Active in new media & online communities since 2005, he has worked on online communities for such companies as UC Berkeley, Harvard, Coca Cola and Wells Fargo. Dave has also been a Social Media Strategist on projects for The Grammys, The Ozzy Osbourne Auction, Stella McCartney, Sergio Rossi and NPR. The Today Show, CNBC and Current TV have profiled Dave for his social media work as well as his online community building.
Kriselle Laran, CMO
Kriselle brings passion, creativity and a unique perspective to marketing, social media, and technology with her experience in both the private and public sectors. A Silicon Valley native and journalism major at San Jose State University, Kriselle Laran, began her career in marketing and business development during the ‘dot com boom.’ Through Bullfrog Media, Kriselle has had the opportunity to work with a myriad of industries, including consulting for government and non-profit entities, retail and luxury hospitality destinations, and tech and startup ventures.
Stephen Schwerdfeger, CTO
Stephen Schwerdfeger has over 30 years of executive management experience in high technology companies, ranging from large, multinational corporations to very small start-ups, and all sizes in between. Stephen has developed and implemented operations and customer service management systems resulting in high product quality, world-class customer service and support, and optimized cost and scalability. He has a proven track record of implementation and execution of systems and processes to bring value to customers at all levels of product development, manufacturing, distribution and after-sales support. He is recognized for hiring and building teams of top performers focused on achieving tangible, measurable goals for the organization and customers.
Phillip Martin, COO
Phillip is an experienced management professional with over 30 years of operations, manufacturing, engineering and service background in a multitude of roles. Very hands-on, technically and technologically adept, Phillip has learned, configured and supported networks (wired and wireless), computers and servers, firewalls (Cisco and SonicWall), telephone and voicemail systems (Lucent, Avaya) for multiple companies in one location. He has worked on multiple transitions/conversions of disconnected business systems to centralized operations (Oracle, Made to Manage), and was a Six Sigma Green Belt for the Oracle transition project at GE Capital.
