i have that theory too. he grooms himself as if he is still in college, and he behaves that way with the women. He has even stopped saying getting married, and starting saying serious relationship. I think he sends home the girls who are sensitive and won’t take rejection well, and chooses Courtney because he sees her as stronger, and won’t get hurt.
